He was preceded in death by his son, William Kenneth Tuggle; father, Albert Tuggle; mother, Mildred Tuggle; brothers, Larry Tuggle and Karry Tuggle; sister, Gloria Blair.
Survivors include his brother, Buddy Tuggle (Theresa); sister, Beverly Tuggle; cousin, Billy Tuggle (Deborah Kennedy).
