Mr. Walter James Forrest III, age 74, of Hartsville, Tennessee, died Monday morning, August 23, 2021, at Be Blessed Home Care in Hendersonville, Tennessee. He is survived his by: wife, Brenda Forrest of Hartsville, TN; children, Wanda Fisher and Jimmy of Pleasant Shade, Jammye Forrest and wife Christine of Clayton, NM, Lee Forrest of Raleigh, NC and also, daughter, Bea Davis and husband Shannon of Defeated Creek.

Mr. Forrest is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, August 26, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Carthage First Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Craig Mahler and Bro. Frank Bratcher officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Fisher, James Thomas Fisher, Brian Windham, Corbin Forrest, Andrew Shirhah and Neil Adams.

A graveside funeral service will be on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Clear Creek Cemetery in Taylorsville, Mississippi.  Colonial Chapel Funeral of Taylorsville, Mississippi will be in charge of the graveside funeral service.

The family will receive friends at the Carthage Chapel beginning on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday at the Carthage First Freewill Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at 1:00 p.m.
