Vida Sue Adcock, 90 of Vicksburg, MS passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the Vicksburg Convalescent Home. She was born Tuesday, October 16, 1934, in Collins, MS.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 11:30 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee, 302 Eighth Ave SW, Magee, MS. Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Sharon Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Magee, MS. Bro. Billy Brumfield will officiate. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Franklin Adcock; parents, Helman Saxon and Halabele Bynum Saxon; brothers, Doug Saxon, Don Saxon, Howard Saxon, Kenneth Edward Saxon, William David Saxon, and Billy Saxon; sisters, Mary Evelyn Dillingham, Audra Lehman, and Dauvice Donna Berry.

Survivors include her sons, Stephen Adcock of Vicksburg, MS and Edward Adcock (Sandy) of Vicksburg, MS; grandchildren, Stephen L. Adcock (Gayle), Eric Adcock (Sarah) and Rachel Lehman (Rodney); great grandchildren Triston Adcock (Kimberly), Alice Glennon, Aiden Glennon, Evie Adcock and Teagan Lehman; great-great grandchild, Lilyana Adcock; brother, Gerald Saxon; sisters, Bonnie Wagstaff, Dora Husband.

Pallbearers will be Stephen L Adcock, Triston Adcock, Eric Adcock, Isaac Adcock, Joseph Adcock, and Rodney Lehman.

The family expresses sincere gratitude to the caring staff at Vicksburg Convalescent Home for their care and kindness provided during Sue's six-year residency.
