Summer Whitesides Tatum, 28 born September 23, 1995. She passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on November 7, 2023.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alan Whitesides; maternal grandparents, Donnie and Shirley Ann Russell; paternal grandparents, Terry and Kathy Whitesides; uncle, Donnie Russell.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley-Ann Tatum; parents, John and Shae Lott of Magee, MS; brother, Dylan Rankin (Donna); sisters, Chandler Trochesset (Blaine) and Marley Lott; grandmother, Donna Williams; uncle, Rob Whitesides; niece, Waylen Rankin; nephews, Wyatt Rankin and Amos Trochesset; and a host of family and friends.
