To describe Rocky as anything less than a true original would be an injustice to the person we all knew and loved. It’s no secret to anyone that he lived life on his own terms. But one thing always remained true, he loved just as hard as he lived! No matter the ups and downs that life through his way, he chose to push on with determination and resilience. He never failed to find the brighter Side of anything he faced. And with a little music, he would always find a way to dance through life’s storms! He always managed to keep a song in his heart, which he quite literally was always singing or humming while piddling around. Rocky carried many titles in this life. To some he was a brother, a cousin, Papaw, brother-in-law, or Uncle. But to many, he will simply be forever known as nothing other than “RT, 5 foot 3” ! To his kids, Dd, Rocky, & Nickey, he will forever simply be Daddy
Over the past year, lots of family, friends, and more have helped carry his burden. To you all we will forever be grateful. We would also like to extend a special, thank you to Deaconess Hospice for all the many parts they have assisted in during his final days. Though our hearts are heavy & broken, we rejoice in knowing that he is once again healed & able to dance again!
His love for each of you was boundless & unconditional & we will forever be grateful to each & every person who offered a hand in his care.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
