Peggy Harrison, 68 of Richland, MS passed away Friday, August 22, 2025 at her home in Richland, MS. She was born Wednesday, April 10, 1957 in Smith County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in Magee, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Sanderford; father, Jackson Perry Bowen; mother, Neva Victoria  Freeman  Bowen;  brothers, JP  Bowen, Tommy  Bowen, Jimmy  Dale  Bowen and Clinton  Daniels;  sisters, Hazel  Stork, Thelma  Rayner, Lucelle  Mansfield, Johnnie  Faye  Marthaler, Jewell  Martin and MayMay Neely.

Survivors include her daughter, Renee Traxler;  grandchildren, Danny, Dallon, Montana, and Perry;  brothers, Robert  Bowen, Joe  Bowen  (Claudette), Bobby  Bowen  (Julie);  sister, Lizzy  Boyette;  great grandchild, Daniel and Larry;  and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members.
