Survivors include daughters, Misty Levy (David) and Tracey Brown; step-children, Kenneth Howard (Jessica), Ronald Lewis, Chris Howard (Stacey), Rhonda Scarberry, Patra Easterling, Wendy Lewis, and Misty Lewis; Sister, Linda Taylor, Brother, Billy Warren (Piperlynn), Grandchildren, David Quin (MIchelle), McKaylyn Caronna  (Michael), Jason Quin  (Christa), Brianna Suhre, Seanlee Matthews, Patrick Matthews, Tristen and Hailey Howard and Brandon McCool; Great-grandchildren, Devin Quin and Eliana Caronna, Three Sisters and One Brother.
