Mark Randall "Randy" Hartley, age 66, passed away on July 13, 2026.

Born on February 28, 1960, in Arizona, Mark later moved to Mississippi during his teenage years, where he built a life filled with family, friendship, and love. On May 18, 1985, he married the love of his life, Vickie Adcox Hartley, beginning a marriage that would span many years of devotion and companionship.

Mark will be remembered as a loving husband, son, brother, and uncle whose greatest joy was spending time with those he loved. His quiet strength, caring heart, and unwavering love for his family will be cherished and remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Vickie Adcox Hartley; his mother, Margie Ingraham; his father, Don Hartley; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Dean Adcox; his sister, Debbie Garner; his brother-in-law, Tommy Hartley; his sister-in-law, Kathy Cox; his nieces, Katherine Adcox, Angie Dickerson, and Leslie O’Neal; and his nephews, William Cox and Joseph McGovern.

Mark’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will miss him deeply while finding comfort in the many memories they shared together.
