Margie Russell, 80, of Magee, who passed away Friday, April 01, 2022 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Magee.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M on Monday, April 04, 2022 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will follow at Mendenhall City Cemetery. Bro. Frank Harmon will officiate the services. Mitch Hallman will provide special music.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 03, 2022 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.

She was preceded in death by her son, Tony Ferguson; parents, Herman and Lesper Rushing; brother, Charles Rushing; sister, Agnes Bain.

She is survived by her daughter, Kassie  Jones  of Mendenhall, MS;  three grandchildren, Aaron  Ferguson  of Dallas, TX, Blake  Pearce  (Ariel ) of Mendenhall , MS and Zack  Pearce of Mendenhall, MS;  sister, Nancy  Batton (Ronnie) of Mendenhall, MS; daughter-in-law, Joycie Ferguson  of Dallas , TX.; and a host of nieces  and nephews;

Pallbearers will be Aaron Ferguson, Blake Pearce, Zack Pearce, Jason Batton, Robby Pearce, and Gary Pearce.

Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements.
