Lillie Gwendolyn Windham, aged 95, passed away on November 20, 2024, at Chateau Pines in Brandon, MS. Born on June 14, 1929, in Wellington, Texas, Lillie grew up in Mobile, AL, where she met and married her husband, Isaac Hancel Windham. Together, they welcomed their daughter, Linda, in August of 1953 while Ike was serving in the Army at Fort Rucker, AL. Throughout Ike's career with Chevron, the family lived in Birmingham, AL; Louisville, KY; and Clayton, CA, before settling in Brandon, MS, upon his retirement.

Lillie was a devoted housewife, mother, and grandmother, known for her love and kindness towards everyone. She cherished spending time with her family and friends and was a member of Brandon First Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ike, and her brothers and sister. Lillie is survived by her daughter, Linda Windham Mann; her grandson, Andrew Mann and his wife Brittany; and her great-grandson, Wyndham (Wynn) Mann, all residing in Brandon, MS.

A private family graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Fellowship Cemetery in Taylorsville, MS.
