Jimmy George Warren of Mount Olive, age 58, entered into the loving arms of his Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 25, 2026, surrounded by the family and loved ones he cherished most.
Visitation will be held at Grace Fellowship Baptist Church in Mount Olive from 11:00-1:00 on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 with services to follow. Burial will be at Hall Family Cemetery.
Jimmy was born on March 12, 1968 in Magee, Mississippi, to George Warren and Doris Ann Sanderford.
Jimmy devoted his life to serving the Lord in all that he did. He was a faithful member of Grace Fellowship Baptist Church and lived his life as an example of kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith. As an HVAC technician, he took great pride in his work and the relationships he built through his profession. Yet, above all of his accomplishments, nothing brought him greater joy than being a father. His children—Leon, Aryl, and Bentley—were the greatest blessings of his life, and he loved them with all his heart.
On April 19, 2008, Jimmy married the love of his life, Paula King. Together they built a life centered on faith, love, and devotion. Paula was the key to Jimmy’s heart, and their love for one another was evident to everyone who knew them. They treasured every moment they shared, and the bond they built will remain a lasting source of comfort and cherished memories for Paula.
Jimmy had a remarkable gift for touching the lives of others. Whether through a kind word, a helping hand, or simply being present, he made a lasting impact on countless people—including many he had never met personally. He was deeply loved by family, friends, and acquaintances near and far. His generous spirit, infectious smile, and unwavering love for others were truly one of a kind, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, George Warren; his grandparents, Herschel Stewart, Lois Stewart, George Warren and Bonnie Warren; his mother-in-law, Audrey King; and his brother-in-law and best friend, Paul King.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Paula Warren; his mother, Ann Sanderford (Frankie Rayner); his sons, Daniel Leon Bryant (Nancy) and Bentley Warren; his daughter, Aryl Bridges (Andy Irvin); his sister, Georgia Ann Rivere (LJ); his brother, Robert Sanderford (Hannah); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends, including his lifelong friend, Barry “Moe” Hudson (Lisa).
Serving as pallbearers will be Alex Pace, Nate Moore, Jeremy “Ace” Wallace, Sam Stewart, Jacob Sanford, and Jeremy Rivere.
Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Wiggins, Barry “Moe” Hudson, Billy Austin, Shane Cannon, and Roy Branning.
Jimmy’s legacy of faith, love, and selfless devotion to his family and friends will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him. Though he will be deeply missed, his family finds peace in knowing that he is forever at home with his Savior.
