Jeanna Ray Shedd, 61, of Taylorsville passed away at her home on 10/6/2026, leaving behind family, friends, and many memories gathered throughout her life.

Jeanna was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Like all of us, her life was made up of many chapters—some joyful, some difficult, and many known only to those who shared them with her. She had her own story, her own journey, and a place in the lives of the people who knew her.

Jeanna is survived by father, Ray Shedd; mother, Brenda Shedd; son, Ethan Blakeney; daughter, Raegan Yelverton; granddaughter, Maevry James Morris; brother, Shannon Shedd; nephews, Alex and Carter Shedd; Casey, Cayley, Parker, and Rowan Shedd.  She is also survived by an uncle, Jerry King.

Jeanna is preceded in death by Rea Chapman Shedd.

As her family says goodbye, we choose to remember her with kindness and grace and to honor the life she lived. We are thankful for the memories that remain and for the people who cared for her along the way.

May she be remembered fondly and may she rest peacefully.
