Hugh Jack Stubbs' Obituary
Hugh Jack Stubbs, 76, of Magee, Mississippi, died Sunday at Magee General Hospital in Magee. He was born Sunday, November 30, 1941.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. The Burial will follow in Sharon Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Bro. Chris Garcia will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031
Hugh Jack was a devoted family man who had a deep and strong spiritual foundation. He is a member of the Magee Congregational Methodist Church, and was very active in carrying out the work of the Lord. He served his country in the Navy Reserve and Army National Guard. Leading up to his retirement, he was very involved in county government for many years.
He was preceded in death by his Wife Gloria Stubbs; Parents, James Stubbs and Lavonne Stubbs; Niece, Sonya Stubbs.
Survivors include his Son, James Stubbs; Daughter, Laura Stubbs; Sister, Jean Stubbs.
