Harvey Dee White, aged 79, of Taylorsville, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at his residence. Born on May 18, 1946, in Laurel, Mississippi, Harvey was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and cousin.

He graduated from Taylorsville High School and served his country with honor in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1971. Harvey enjoyed traveling and cherished spending time with his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Harvey White; his mother, Dorothy Marie White; and his brother, David White. He is survived by his brothers, Ike White (Dottie), Robert White (Kathy), and Doug White (Cathy), along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the First Pentecostal Church in Taylorsville, Mississippi, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Fellowship Cemetery in Taylorsville, Mississippi. Bro. William Jones and Bro. Brent Randall will officiate the services, with arrangements handled by Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Taylorsville.  Special music will be provided by Bro. William Jones and his wife Sis. Erica Jones.

Pallbearers will be Mike White, John White, Ikie White, Ryan White, Robert Dale White, and Wayne Gilpin.
