Felecia was born on April 7, 1951, in Panama City, Fl to parents Billie Jean (nee Pitts) and Clyde Harold Langley. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. A faithful friend and neighbor to many in Taylorsville where she resided for 38 years. Felecia was a member of Wilkinson Memorial Church of Raleigh, Ms. for many years.

She is survived by her mother Billie J. Langley, four children, Vonda Kay Powell (Tony), Deana Herrington Watson (Billy), Jenny Tompkins (Marc), Jason Perez, her grandchildren George Powell, Wren Tompkins, James Tompkins, and her siblings Harold Gene Langley, Sheila Seripin and Dennis Keith Langley.

She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Yarbrough and siblings Jerry Langley, Jeff Langley and Pamela Johnson.

A funeral service to honor Felecia's life will be held on May 4, 2024, at Colonial Chapel in Taylorsville, Ms. 9:30am family visitation, 10:00am friends & family visitation and 11:00am service.

The family would like to thank the staff at MS Care Center of Raleigh and HomeCare Hospice for their compassionate care during Felecia's illness.
