Edgar Ralph Perrette, 85 of Mendenhall, MS passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022 at the Bedford Care Center in Mendenhall, Mississippi. He was born Monday, March 8, 1937 in Moorhead, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall in 3077 Simpson Hwy 13, Mendenhall, MS. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall in Mendenhall, MS. Burial will follow in Merit Cemetery in Mendenhall, Mississippi. Brother Chris Rankin will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. 601-847-4401

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Perrette; mother, Robbie Kemp Perrette; brother, Don Perrette; sisters, Alice Perrette Mixon and Margaret Perrette Myers.

Survivors include his son, Geno Perrette (Sheri) of Olive Branch, MS; daughters, Donna Perrette Smith (Jeff) of Mendenhall, MS and Lynn Perrette McCabe (Joe) of Mendenhall, MS., many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends

Pallbearers will be Justin Perrette, EJ McCabe, Bryan Perrette, Bob Milan, Ronnie Goodman, and Jerry Balentine.
