Mrs. Doris is now in the arms of Jesus. She joined a place so beautiful that she had patiently longed for. She was a true warrior and fought the good fight. She was a true Godly woman and set an example for us all. She was a faithful member of Shady Grove Baptist Church where she loved to sing and was active in the choir. She had a heart more precious than any gem and so full of love for the Lord and her family. She was loving, compassionate, understanding, and showed kindness and love to all. She was a precious mother who loved her children and taught them to love the Lord and each other. She will be deeply, and dearly missed but we know she is now celebrating in the arms of the Lord with no more pain, tears, or sorrow.
Revelation 21:4 - ..And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
